Morning Grounding Meditation
This meditation will set you up for success throughout your day. It will align you with all that is and help you find the supporting energy of the earth and all that she can provide for you. You’ll journey into the forest and find your connection to the earth and the stars. The meditation intends to ground you in the present moment, and in doing so, it will encourage you to stay in the present moment throughout your day. When we remain in the present moment, we can hear, feel, or know what guidance is coming through to help us move a step ahead.
Quick Grounding Mediation
This meditation can be done anytime during your day. It is a quick reminder that you are grounded, that you are supported, and that you are right where you are supposed to be. It’s a quick reset. The intention is to bring you into alignment by bringing you back to your breath. When we learn to regulate our physical body with our breath, we can be more present and allow any emotions that arise in situations to move through us and not paralyze us. When we use our breath, we remember we are alive and have free will.
We can choose to hang on or let the moment and all it entails pass. Take from it what we need and release what no longer serves us.
Cut, Cleanse, and Release Evening Meditation
This meditation helps you release the energy from your day. Cutting energetic cords, you may have picked up throughout your day that are no longer serving you. These cords can drain our energy and cause restless nights. To free this energy, we must cut the energetic cords. This meditation will guide you through the process of cutting and then cleansing your energetic body. We are all energy, and this meditation practice will help you to maintain a positive energy field around yourself. When we tune in to our energy and feel the difference between having cords attached to us and then letting them go, we can step ahead in our lives much easier.
