Surrender and Release - Healing Session - 1 hour
In a Surrender and Release healing session, you can relax and restore as I clear your energy. I will work through your Aura, chakra systems, and nervous system. You will receive a craniosacral treatment best suited to your body's needs. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Hold the Light - Healing Session and Card Pull - 1 hour
In a Hold the Light session, you will receive a Surrender and Release healing session, and at the end, I will pull a card for you and share the guidance that comes with your specific question.

Breathe and Receive Healing Bundle
This healing journey bundle consists of 3 sessions scheduled 2 weeks apart. It also includes 3 meditations that you will download and use as I assist you on your healing journey.
Session 1 - Where the healing begins. You will be guided towards your greatest good. Focusing on the areas needing the most work. If a traumatic event has kept you connected to that moment, I will help guide you through it so you can take a step ahead. This session could include energy balancing, clearing attachments, somatic healing, craniosacral, or a combination of everything. At the end of the first session, you will receive 3 meditations to use moving forward. These will come in a downloadable format.
Session 2—Awareness is happening. This is more of a mentorship session. It will include, but is not limited to, talking through what has come forward for you. Your spiritual team from the other side will come forward, bringing guidance on ways you can continue to heal this part of your self.
Session 3 - Integration and evolution. This session is a healing session where you are guided to accept the healing that has taken place. Allowing you to evolve into a new version of self. This session will be similar to session 1.
All sessions are scheduled through the website. They can be virtual or in person if you are in the area where I live.
The cost for Breathe to Receive is $492.
Remembering Self-Session Specific Bundle
In Remembering Self, two sessions are bundled together. In these sessions, you are guided into deeper parts of your Self. Through meditation or guided discussion, you can find the parts of your Self you are ready to reveal and heal.
Session 1 is a healing session in which you are guided into the area of your choosing. The channelled guidance amplifies your connection. After the first session, you will be assigned meditations to complete independently, recording your findings.
Session 2 - 2 weeks later, session 2 is a healing session in your theme. During this session, you will be guided to integrate the healing in your physical body and activate your new energy into all of your being. This will help foster healing at a cellular level.
This Bundle includes 2 healing sessions and 3 downloadable meditations.
