Do you ever get the feeling you’re missing something?

Do you ever get the feeling that you’re missing something?  Well, you probably are, just kidding.  Sometimes when life moves fast from day to day and then you have a day or two with nothing, you feel like you’re missing something.  I try to listen for what it is.

A few weeks ago, I took a day to re-energize.  I picked up a friend, and we went shopping in all these little shops around town.  We Had lunch on a patio because ya know…covid.  Then shopped a little more.  It was so nice to be out with a friend and wandering through some shops together.  Finding a little something here or there.  It was just fun.  I felt like I had missed the friend vibe the last few days while I was holed up in the house working.  It felt great today.  Remember, if you feel that you are missing something, stop and listen, then go after it.  Life will feel much happier.

It’s important to recognize your feelings and own them.  Over the last year I have been able to recognize a lot of feelings within me.  Some really needed to be dealt with and others were just surface feelings that I was able to release myself from.  I have learned how to forgive myself for some feelings I have, and I have also been able to allow myself to believe what is sent my way in life it something deserved.

When was the last time you really sat down and listened to all your thoughts and feelings and dug down to the root of them?  I would suggest trying it, especially in this time of Covid.  That feeling off or missing something is an important feeling to listen to.  If you haven’t done that lately, take 10 minutes for yourself.  Find a nice quiet spot, throw on some headphones and relaxing music, and listen to yourself.  You might be able to release some feelings you don’t need anymore, and you will feel great after.  It will help get you a step ahead for tomorrow.  You will be able to walk a little lighter.

Happy Super Moon Everyone!
